mid-mount rear discharge for NH 1320

I want to get a 914a mid-mout 60" rear discharge mower to use on a New Holland 1320 compact tractor. Two different dealers have told me that the 60" rear discharge mower is not listed to fit a 1320 tractor. However, their books indicate that the side discharge 914a mowers will fit that tractor. The books also indicate that the 72" rear discharge will fit a 1320. Does anyone know why a 72" rear discharge will fit but not a 60"? Or, is this just a lack of information printed in the books?

Is your 1320 wider than 60 inches? This was the case for the TC40D that I have. NH did not recommend the smaller mowers since they would not extend past the wheels. ....
